Such an amazing service - very responsive to email queries, sent a mock up design to check we were happy and even sent a photo of the first printed glass to check all ok. Very well wrapped and all arrived safely. Our mini beer festival went well and everyone loved having a personalised glass to go home with. Highly recommend!
Firstly, what a lovely product, looks very professional, the glasses feel great quality as do the extras.
I reached out to the team and Fran dealt with me. I wanted a couple of wine glasses and pint glasses with a personalised logo on it. Fran said no worries and pulled a bespoke package together for me that included coasters and bottle opener.
Throughout, Fran was helpful, friendly and just gave a great customer experience. Something that's not always gifted in this digital age.
Everything was delivered and packaged ready for the couriers worst day at the office, I have no hesitation in recommending based on product, customer experience and trust with thier shipping
